Fill out a few details, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with your tailored proposal.
Think of it as the first step toward creating your story exactly the way you imagine it.
STEP 2. Let's get to know each other!
Once you’ve received your personalized proposal,
you can book a call with us to get to know each other better and
align with your vision for your wedding day.
During the call, we’ll dedicate all the time needed to understand your needs, answer your questions, and go over a summary of the proposal.
Afterwards, we’ll send you an agreement that outlines the full offer and all the details needed to officially start our collaboration.
STEP 3. GETTING READY TOGETHER
Once all the paperwork is complete, we’ll send you a mini guide with our upcoming checkpoints.
Along the way, we’ll schedule:
- At least 2 video calls together based on your availability before the wedding;
- A site inspection at your wedding venue.
Of course, we’ll be available for any additional advice or questions, drawing on our experience to make your day as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
If you haven’t received it yet, we’ll also share our phone contact so you can reach us directly anytime.
STEP 4. PRE WEDDING CHECK
About two weeks before the wedding, we’ll do a final check of the day’s timeline to make sure everything is perfectly organized.
We’ll also send you tips on preparation essentials for the couple from a photography perspective.
At this stage, we usually ask for a couple of trusted contacts from each of you, like your witnesses, so we can be aware of any surprises or speeches planned by guests.
This helps us:
- Lighten the load on you, without disturbing you during the celebration
- These contacts allow us to handle small questions or details, like:
“Have you seen the bride’s mother?”
“Where are the rings?”
STEP 5. THE WEDDING DAY
Delegate what you can, and on the day itself, there’s just one important thing to remember:
Simply ENJOY every moment of YOUR DAY.
It’s your day, you deserve to feel everything and savor every single moment.
STEP 6. Deliver memories.
Photo delivery
Within 2 days, you’ll receive a preview of 50 photos
to relive your special day right away!
The rest of your photos will be delivered via a digital gallery within 40 days.
We’ll provide at least 50 fully edited photos per hour of service.
Video delivery
Video delivery times depend on the type of film and the package you’ve chosen.
